  • 237 ml dry bread crumbs
  • 237 ml butter
  • 59.1 ml all-purpose flour
  • 473 ml chicken broth
  • 473 ml sour cream

Prepare

  • Chop 59.1 ml fresh dill

Let's Cook

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

    In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, salt, pepper, eggs, finely chopped onion, and heavy cream. Mix until well blended.

    With moistened hands, shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.

    Roll the meatballs in dry bread crumbs until well coated.
