Zucchini Noodle Bowl With Walnut-Kale Pesto

Step 1.
Shave the zucchini lengthwise with a vegetable peeler to create wide ribbons, or spiralize it using a spiralizer to make noodles. Place the zucchini noodles in a medium bowl.
