Vera's Pizzelles
These traditional Italian pizzelles are crisp, anise-flavored cookies made with a pizzelle iron. They are perfect for holiday cookie trays or any occasion.

Beat eggs and sugar with an electric mixer until fluffy.

Stir in the melted margarine and anise extract.
