Let's Cook
-
Step 1.
In a food processor, combine the coconut flakes, almonds, almond butter, pepitas, hemp seeds, cashews, dates, almond milk, melted coconut oil, rosewater, and cinnamon. Pulse for 1 to 2 minutes, until the mixture becomes crumbly and holds together when pressed.
-
Step 2.
Using a small cookie scoop, divide the mixture into twelve equal mounds. With your hands, roll each mound into a smooth ball.
-
Step 3.
To assemble each bowl, place half of the coconut yogurt in a serving bowl, drizzle with half of the almond butter, and top with half of the blueberries. Add 1 or 2 bliss balls per bowl.
-
Step 4.
Store any remaining bliss balls in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator for up to a week. Optionally, roll the bliss balls in additional toppings like coconut flakes, matcha powder, hemp seeds, or ground cinnamon before serving.
