  • 142 g bocconcini mozzarella
  • 4 prosciutto

Prepare

  • 1 peach or nectarine, cut into 8 wedges

Let's Cook

    In a medium bowl, whisk together ¼ cup olive oil, 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (such as basil, thyme, and oregano), ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes, and ¼ teaspoon kosher salt until combined.
