  • 450 g beef sirloin steak
  • 44.4 ml coconut aminos
  • 22.2 ml fish sauce
  • 29.6 ml fresh lime juice
  • 4.93 ml honey
  • 946 ml mixed salad greens
  • 9.86 ml olive oil
  • 2.46 ml salt
  • 1.23 ml black pepper

Prepare

  • Mince 2 clove garlic cloves
  • 1 red chili, finely chopped
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Halve 237 ml cherry tomatoes
  • 59.1 ml red onion, finely sliced
  • Chop 59.1 ml fresh cilantro
  • Chop 59.1 ml fresh mint leaves

Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

Season the beef sirloin steak with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Once hot, sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer for your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain. In a small bowl, prepare the dressing by whisking together coconut aminos, fish sauce, lime juice, honey (if using), minced garlic, and chopped red chili. In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cucumber slices, cherry tomato halves, red onion, chopped cilantro, and mint leaves. Add the sliced steak to the salad bowl and toss gently to combine. Drizzle the prepared dressing over the salad and toss again to ensure everything is evenly coated. Serve immediately and enjoy this healthy and flavorful Paleo Thai Beef Salad!
