- 44.4 ml light brown sugar
- 14.8 ml dried oregano
- 14.8 ml dried basil
- 14.8 ml salt
- 3.7 ml black pepper

- 1.36 kg hamburger, extrra lean
- 3 onions, large
- 42.5 g garlic, one clove, minced
- 710 ml soup - beef broth, beef bouillon
- 88.7 ml parsley, fresh, minced

Step 1.
Crumble meat with onion and garlic in a large skillet. Cook till meat loses red color. Drain off excess fat. Combine browned beef, onion and garlic with remaining ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. 6-8 servings Freezes well.
