- 4 lbs canned crushed tomatoes
- 1 lb canned tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 lbs canned tomato paste
- 2 tbsp light brown sugar
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Prepare
- 2 lbs hamburger, extrra lean
- 2 onions, large
- 1 oz garlic, one clove, minced
- 2 cup soup - beef broth, beef bouillon
- 4 tbsp parsley, fresh, minced

Step 1.
Crumble meat with onion and garlic in a large skillet. Cook till meat loses red color. Drain off excess fat. Combine browned beef, onion and garlic with remaining ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. 6-8 servings Freezes well.
