- 1 onions, large
- 14.2 g garlic, one clove, minced
- 237 ml soup - beef broth, beef bouillon
- 29.6 ml parsley, fresh, minced

Step 1.
Crumble meat with onion and garlic in a large skillet. Cook till meat loses red color. Drain off excess fat. Combine browned beef, onion and garlic with remaining ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. 6-8 servings Freezes well.
