- ice cubes
- 2 curry leaves
- 1 black cardamom pod

Step 1.
Place 40ml Curry Shoulder, 2 tsp apricot liqueur, 2 tsp Black Cardamom Gomme, and 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters directly into a rocks glass. Fill the glass about three-quarters full with ice cubes.

Stir the mixture with a teaspoon for 10 seconds to chill and dilute slightly. Then add more ice cubes to fill the glass to just below the rim.

Garnish with 2 fresh curry leaves and 1 black cardamom pod. Serve immediately.
