A comforting shepherd's pie with a creamy sweet potato topping and savory lamb or beef filling.
Ingredients
- 4 cups Sweet Potatoes Peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup Coconut Milk For creaminess
- 3 tablespoons Ghee/Coconut Oil Can substitute with olive oil
- 1 pound Ground Lamb or Beef Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken
- 1 cup Frozen Peas/Corn Optional
- 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
- 1 teaspoon Pepper To taste
