- 88.7 ml fresh basil
- 1.85 ml black pepper

- 1.36 kg chicken breasts, cooked, boneless, skinless, and diced
- Mince 29.6 ml garlic
- Dice 255 g sun-dried tomatoes
- 710 ml chicken broth, low sodium
- 510 g chicken flavored ramen noodles, 2 packages plus one seasoning packet

Step 1.
1. Heat oil in a skillet; add chicken, garlic, and tomatoes. Add some fresh, diced tomatoes if desired. Saute for a few minutes. Then add the broth, flavor packet, basil, and pepper. Cook over high heat about 5 minutes to reduce liquid by about half.

Serve over warm noodles, or toss in pan with noodles.

2. Cook noodles 3 minutes in boiling water. Drain, cover and keep warm until ready to serve.
