- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh basil
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Prepare
- 1 lb chicken breasts, cooked, boneless, skinless, and diced
- Mince 2 tsp garlic
- Dice 3 oz sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth, low sodium
- 3/8 lbs chicken flavored ramen noodles, 2 packages plus one seasoning packet

Step 1.
1. Heat oil in a skillet; add chicken, garlic, and tomatoes. Add some fresh, diced tomatoes if desired. Saute for a few minutes. Then add the broth, flavor packet, basil, and pepper. Cook over high heat about 5 minutes to reduce liquid by about half.

Serve over warm noodles, or toss in pan with noodles.

2. Cook noodles 3 minutes in boiling water. Drain, cover and keep warm until ready to serve.
