  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 6 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp mustard powder
  • 3/4 tsp ground ginger

Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

    Mix all ingredients together. Put meat in zip lock bag. Pour in the marinade and zip up the bag. Put in a pan for easy handling. Put in frig for 2-4 hours and turn the bag over several times. Lift meat from marinade and cook on BBQ. Baste frequently until browned on both sides. Discard leftover marinade.
