- 2 mango, peeled pitted and cut into 18 inch dice
- 158 ml red onion, finely diced
- 29.6 ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 4.93 ml habanero pepper, minced fresh habanero pepper or 2 tablespoons minced fresh serrano chilies
- 44.4 ml cilantro, finely chopped
- 9.86 ml mint, finely chopped
- 59.1 ml red bell peppers, finely diced
