Let's Prepare

Collect

Gather these ingredients — no prep needed yet.

  • 29.6 ml plain yogurt
  • 29.6 ml soy milk
  • 0.62 ml salt

Prepare

  • 200 g mango, very ripe
  • 0.5 lime, juice

Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

Peel the mango by cutting away the fatter sides from the stone/pit. Carefully cut crosses into the flesh of each half, then turn the halves inside out so the cubes of mango are sticking out. Use a tablespoon to scoop the mango cubes into a blender.

  2. Step 2.

Add the yogurt, soy milk, lime juice, and salt to the blender. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. If the lassi is too thick, add a little water and blend again to reach your desired consistency.
