In a food processor, combine 1 pound slightly thawed frozen peaches, 3 tablespoons Classic Margarita, 2 tablespoons honey, ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract, and a pinch of kosher salt. Puree until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
