Prepare

  • 1.36 kg French bread, use whole loaf, sliced horizontally
  • 177 ml salted butter, or margarine

Let's Cook

    Spread butter on each half of bread.  Spread garlic over the butter.  Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.

    Broil 3-5 minutes until browned.
