  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Prepare

  • 2 lbs French bread, use whole loaf, sliced horizontally
  • 1/2 cup salted butter, or margarine

Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

    Spread butter on each half of bread.  Spread garlic over the butter.  Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.

  2. Step 2.

    Broil 3-5 minutes until browned.

    Cut into slices and serve.
