  • 355 ml salted butter
  • 907 g sliced frozen peaches
  • 567 g unsweetened frozen blueberries
  • 237 ml granulated sugar
  • 9.86 ml lemon juice
  • 118 ml cornstarch
  • 1.23 ml ground nutmeg
  • 1.23 ml ground cinnamon

Let's Cook

    Mix together with fork or pastry blender til crumbly: 2 1/4 cup flour 3/4 cup sugar 1 1/2 sticks butter (3/4 cup) Reserve almost 1 cup for topping. Press remaining mixture on bottom and up sides of 9-inch springform pan. Mix together and pour on top of shell: 16 oz. frozen, sliced peaches (or 6 fresh) 1 box frozen blueberries 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp lemon juice 4 tablespoons cornstarch (or instant tapioca) Pinch each nutmeg and cinnamon Sprinkle with remaining topping. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 min.
