Coco-Lime Margarita
A refreshing cocktail combining coconut cream, tequila, and citrus juices, served over ice with a lime zest and star fruit garnish.

- 2 oz blanco tequila
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice

- 1/4 oz Coconut Sugar Simple Syrup
- Ice for shaker

- Fresh lime zest
- Star fruit
- 1 fresh ginger root
- 1/4 oz Coconut Sugar Simple Syrup
- 2 oz Gosling's Black Seal rum
- 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 lbs club soda
- Lime wedge
- Fresh mint sprig

- 2 oz Gosling's Black Seal rum
- 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 lbs club soda
- Lime wedge

Step 1.
Combine the coconut cream, blanco tequila, freshly squeezed lime juice, freshly squeezed orange juice, and Coconut Sugar Simple Syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake vigorously for 10 to 25 seconds until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into a glass filled with one large ice cube.

Garnish by zesting fresh lime zest over the edges of the drink and half of the rim, then wedge a slice of star fruit on the rim.

In a tall Collins glass or pint glass, muddle the fresh ginger slice with the Coconut Sugar Simple Syrup until the ginger is bruised and aromatic.

Add the Gosling's Black Seal rum and freshly squeezed lime juice to the glass, then fill the glass with ice.

Top off with club soda or Pellegrino sparkling mineral water and stir gently to combine.
