Mix flour, 3 T. sugar, 2 t. cocoa, baking powder and salt in 24-ounce glass dish. Stir in milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in nuts; sprinkle with brown sugar and 1 T. cocoa. Place water in measuring cup and microwave uncovered on high until boiling, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Pour over batter and microwave uncovered on high 1 minute; rotate dish 1/4 turn. Microwave uncovered until cake is set but still glossy, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes longer. Serve with sliced bananas or strawberries, or whipped product.
