Step 1.
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes and set aside.

In a mixing glass or shaker, combine 2 ounces vodka, 6 ounces tomato juice, 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce to taste, a pinch of salt and pepper, and ½ ounce fresh lemon juice.

Stir the mixture well with a bar spoon until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Strain the mixture into the prepared highball glass filled with ice.
