Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter - melt and set aside
  • 2 C Flour
  • 1/3 C Sugar
  • 1 Tbl baking powder
  • 1/2 tea salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup 2% milk

Step by Step method

    Blend egg and milk

  4. Step 4.

    Blend butter, flour ,sugar, baking powder, salt, milk and eggs in a bowl. About 25 Strokes

  5. Step 5.

    cook in muffin pan 375 degrees
