Place chicken breasts in 9X12 baking pan. Cover with slices of cheese. Add soup diluted and mixed with 1/4 can water. Cover with stuffing. Drizzel butter over all. Bake at 350’ preheated oven for about 40 minutes. Note: Pepperidge Farm Stuffing is best. Don’t use “cubed” style stuffing; it looks like kibble when it cooked! It’s ok to use as little as ¼ cup melted buttter. Some defrosted, chopped spinach under the chicken is good. Serve with rice or noodles.
