Vietnamese Avocado Shake

Vietnamese Avocado Shake

Cuisine:Vietnamese

Course:Dessert

5m prep 0s cook 5m ready

Serves 2 While Americans tend to think of the avocado as a savory food, in many parts of the world it is used in sweet preparations. This rich shake is a strong argument in favor of the avocado as dessert. Play with the ratio of sweetened condensed milk to milk depending on the level of sweetness you prefer.

Servings:
  • 1 large avocado, pitted and scooped from the peel
