    Pour 250ml (1 cup) almond milk into a small saucepan and place over medium heat. Warm gently, stirring occasionally, until steaming but not boiling, about 3–4 minutes.

    Add 1½ tsp ground turmeric, ½ tsp ground cinnamon, 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger, 1 tbsp honey, and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper to the warm milk. Whisk continuously until the mixture is light and foamy, about 1–2 minutes.

  3. Step 3.

    Pour the turmeric latte into a mug and serve immediately while hot.
