- 1 ounce snow peas (about ½ cup)
- ½ cup fresh or frozen green peas, thawed
- 6 cups pea shoots or bean sprouts (about 8 ounces)

Cook in a large pot of boiling salted water for 2 minutes: 2 ounces sugar snap peas (about 1 cup)
