Step 1.
Prepare the flat bread according to your chosen recipe, or use store-bought lompe. Set aside.

Panfry a foot-long red pork hot dog (rød pølse) on a flattop or in a skillet over medium heat, turning occasionally, until heated through and lightly browned, about 5–7 minutes.

Place the cooked hot dog in the center of a flat bread. Spread a thin line of yellow mustard and a thin line of ketchup along the hot dog.

Roll the flat bread tightly around the hot dog and condiments, tucking in the sides as you roll. Serve immediately.
