Crispy oven-baked sweet potato wedges with a sweet and spicy coating, finished with Parmesan cheese.

- 1 lb small sweet potatoes, cut into ¾-inch-thick wedges

Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a medium bowl, combine 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar, ½ tablespoon olive oil, ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon, a pinch of cayenne, ¼ teaspoon kosher salt, and ⅛ teaspoon black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
