Sweet Citrus Spiked ICED TEA
A spiked Arnold Palmer sweetened with honey and flavored with orange and lemon zest. This refreshing cocktail is perfect for sipping on warm afternoons.

- 4 cup water boiling
- 4 English Breakfast, Earl Grey, or similar tea
- Valencia or Cara Cara orange zest strips and juice
- Meyer lemon zest strips and juice
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup vodka chilled

- 1/2 cup honey
Prepare
- 4 cup water, boiling
- Valencia or Cara Cara orange, zest strips and juice
- Meyer lemon, zest strips and juice
- 1 cup vodka, chilled
- lemon or orange slices, for garnish

Step 1.
In a large pitcher or glass measuring cup, combine 4 cups of boiling water and 4 tea bags (English Breakfast, Earl Grey, or similar). Steep according to package instructions, about 4 minutes.

Step 2.
Remove the tea bags and stir in the zest strips of 1 orange and 1 lemon, plus ½ cup honey. Stir until the honey is fully dissolved.

Let the tea mixture cool to room temperature, about 1 hour. Then remove the citrus zests and refrigerate until cold, about 4 hours.

Stir in 1 cup chilled vodka and the juice of the orange and lemon.

To serve, fill six tall glasses with ice and pour a scant cup of the tea mixture into each glass. Garnish with citrus slices and serve.
