Let's Cook

    Roll the mashed potatoes into evenly sized balls, about 1 to 2 inches in diameter. Use a spoon to hollow out the top of each ball, creating a small crater.

    Stir a pinch of salt and pepper into the chopped leftover cooked meat until well combined.

    Fill the crater in each potato ball with the seasoned meat, then gently smooth the potato mixture around the filling to seal it completely.
