Let's Cook

    In a blender, combine 2 cups chilled fresh summer fruit (such as blackberries, raspberries, hulled strawberries, chopped peaches, and/or nectarines), ½ cup plain yogurt, and ¼ cup milk (dairy or nondairy).

    Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender jar with a spatula as needed to incorporate all ingredients. This should take about 1 minute.

  3. Step 3.

    If desired, make multiple batches with different fruit combinations and layer two flavors in each glass for a colorful presentation. Serve immediately.
