Prepare

Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

    In a tall Collins glass or tumbler, add 2 halved strawberries, ½ teaspoon coconut sugar or brown Swerve, 1 (⅛-inch) slice fresh ginger root, 4 fresh mint leaves, and 1½ ounces white light rum. Muddle well for 20 to 30 seconds until the strawberries are broken down and the mint is fragrant.

    Add 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice and fill the glass with crushed ice.

  3. Step 3.

    Top with club soda and garnish with fresh mint sprigs. Serve immediately.
