Step 1.
In a cocktail shaker, combine 1½ ounces sloe gin, ½ ounce dry gin, ¾ ounce lemon juice, 1 egg white, and 1 teaspoon sugar. Shake vigorously without ice for about 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white.

Add ice to the shaker and shake again vigorously for about 15 seconds until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.

Top the drink with club soda to create the fizz, then serve immediately.
