  • 1 tsp sugar
  • club soda

Let's Cook

    In a cocktail shaker, combine 1½ ounces sloe gin, ½ ounce dry gin, ¾ ounce lemon juice, 1 egg white, and 1 teaspoon sugar. Shake vigorously without ice for about 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
