  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • kosher salt

Prepare

  • 0.5 cauliflower, thinly sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • Chop 1/2 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/4 lbs Gruyère cheese, coarsely shredded

Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

    Heat the oven to 425°F. Dust a baking sheet with cornmeal. Shape the pizza dough into a 16-inch oval and place on the prepared sheet.

    In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower, onion and parsley with the olive oil, red pepper flakes if using and ½ teaspoon salt. Fold in the Gruyère until evenly combined.

  3. Step 3.

    Scatter the vegetable mixture evenly over the dough. Bake until the cauliflower is tender and the crust is golden brown and crisp, 20 to 25 minutes.
