- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- Chop 1/2 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1/4 lbs Gruyère cheese, coarsely shredded

Step 1.
Heat the oven to 425°F. Dust a baking sheet with cornmeal. Shape the pizza dough into a 16-inch oval and place on the prepared sheet.

In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower, onion and parsley with the olive oil, red pepper flakes if using and ½ teaspoon salt. Fold in the Gruyère until evenly combined.
