Penicillin
1 serving This pseudo-medicinal cocktail has the flavors of a hot toddy, but in a more concentrated form and with an extra helping of smokiness from the single-malt Scotch. This drink is usually made with a honey-ginger syrup, but we have simplified the process for more immediate gratification. Omit the ginger and swap the whisky for gin, and you’ve got the Prohibition-era classic, the Bee’s Knees.
