This zingy combination of fresh coriander/cilantro and mint, spiked with the heat of green chillies, will bring an Indian feast together in the most amazing way.

  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp tamarind concentrate

Prepare

  • Peel 1 fresh ginger
  • 0.5 lemon, juice of

Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

    Add the fresh coriander, mint leaves, green chilli, roughly chopped brown onion, peeled ginger, ground cumin, ground coriander, lemon juice, and tamarind concentrate to a high-speed blender. Blitz until the mixture is smooth, scraping down the sides if needed.

  2. Step 2.

    Gradually add the sugar and salt to the blender, blitzing and tasting after each addition. Adjust the seasoning to your preference, then transfer the chutney to a serving bowl.
