A refreshing cocktail featuring kaffir lime leaves and fresh mint, shaken with gin, lemon juice, and Gomme syrup. Herbal and elegant.

Step 1.
In a cocktail shaker, add 4 kaffir lime leaves, 10 fresh mint leaves, and a couple of ice cubes. Shake vigorously for 6 seconds to help the leaves release their flavor.

Step 2.
Add 50ml (2fl oz) gin, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons Gomme to the shaker. Shake for another 6 seconds, then strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
