- 1 cut-up chicken
- seasoned salt
- black pepper
- garlic salt
- 1 cup Italian salad dressing
- grated Parmesan cheese

- Drain 1 mushrooms, sliced or stems and pieces, drained

Step 1.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.

Season the cut-up chicken pieces to taste with seasoned salt, black pepper, and garlic salt.

Brush Italian dressing on the skin side of the chicken pieces and place them skin side down in the prepared baking dish. Brush the remaining dressing over the chicken to coat all sides.

Bake the chicken for 30 minutes. Remove the baking dish from the oven and turn the chicken pieces so the skin side is up.

Scatter the drained mushrooms around the chicken pieces. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese generously on top of the chicken. Return the dish to the oven and bake for another 30 to 40 minutes, until the chicken is nicely browned and cooked through.
