- 8 large ripe vine tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped

Step 1.
Thinly slice 8 large ripe vine tomatoes and 1 small red onion (halved first). Arrange the sliced tomatoes on a large serving dish, then scatter the sliced red onion over the top.

Just before serving, sprinkle ½ tsp chat masala, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and a pinch of salt evenly over the salad. Squeeze the juice of ¼ lime over everything, then garnish with 1 finely chopped green chilli. Serve immediately.
