  • 3 tbsp Classic Margarita
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp margarita
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 8 oz mixed berries

Prepare

  • 1 lb frozen peaches, slightly thawed

Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

    In a food processor, combine 1 pound slightly thawed frozen peaches, 3 tablespoons Classic Margarita, 2 tablespoons honey, ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract, and a pinch of kosher salt. Puree until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

  2. Step 2.

    Serve the sorbet immediately for a soft texture, or transfer to a loaf pan and freeze until firm, about 2-3 hours, before serving.
