Step 1.
In a medium bowl, combine 1½ cups (180 grams) sifted confectioners' sugar and a pinch of kosher salt. Slowly stir in 1 tablespoon honey and 3 to 4 tablespoons milk of choice or water, adding a little at a time, until you have a smooth, pourable glaze. You may not need all the milk.

Step 2.
Dip the top of each doughnut into the glaze, gently shaking to remove any excess. For an allover glaze, flip and dip the other side as well.

Allow the glaze to set on the doughnuts for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
