Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

    In a pitcher, combine ⅓ cup fresh red grapefruit juice, 4 teaspoons fresh lime juice, and ¾ teaspoon sugar. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.

  2. Step 2.

    Add ⅓ cup tequila to the pitcher and stir to combine.

  3. Step 3.

    Fill two glasses with ice. Divide the tequila mixture evenly between the glasses.

  4. Step 4.

    Top each glass with about 2–3 tablespoons of ginger beer (total ⅓ cup). Stir gently to combine. Serve immediately.
