A simple ginger glaze made with confectioners' sugar, ground ginger, and ginger juice. Perfect for dipping doughnuts or drizzling over baked goods.

Step 1.
In a medium bowl, whisk together 1½ cups (180 g) sifted confectioners' sugar, a pinch of kosher salt, and ½ teaspoon ground ginger until combined.

Slowly stir in 1 teaspoon ginger juice and 3 to 4 tablespoons milk of choice or water, adding a little at a time, until you have a smooth, pourable glaze. You may not need all the milk.

Step 3.
Dip the top of each doughnut into the glaze, gently shaking to remove any excess. For an allover glaze, flip and dip the other side as well.

Allow the glaze to set on the doughnuts for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
