Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

    Slice the hamburger bun open horizontally, keeping the two halves attached at one side if possible, so it opens like a book.

  2. Step 2.

    Grill the 3 Nürnberger Rostbratwurst (or small bratwursts) over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes.

  3. Step 3.

    Place the grilled sausages side by side on the bottom half of the hamburger bun.

  4. Step 4.

    Spread a line of spicy mustard over each sausage, then close the bun with the top half. Serve immediately.
