1 or 2 servings The basic proportions in this recipe can be used to create a wide variety of smoothies tailored to ingredients you have on hand. Note that if using a dark fruit such as blueberries, adding spirulina will turn your smoothie a muddy color.

  • Bee pollen
  • Seeds or nuts, such as sunflower, pumpkin, flaked coconut, chia, or hemp
  • Granola
