Fruit Salad Sangria
A refreshing sangria combining Moscato, strawberries, peaches, and elderflower liqueur. Perfect for summer entertaining.
Ingredients
- 1 moscato
- 1/4 lbs strawberries hulled and halved
- 1 orange thinly sliced
- 1 peach pitted and sliced
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 oz elderflower liqueur
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 lb soda water or club soda

- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 oz elderflower liqueur
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 lb soda water or club soda
Prepare
- 1/4 lbs strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 peach, pitted and sliced

Step 1.
In a large pitcher, combine 1 bottle (750 ml) moscato, 4 ounces hulled and halved strawberries, 1 thinly sliced orange, 1 pitted and sliced peach, ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice, 2 ounces elderflower liqueur, and 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir gently to mix.

Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.

To serve, fill glasses with ice. Pour the sangria over the ice, filling each glass about three-quarters full. Top each drink with a splash of soda water or club soda. Stir briefly and serve.
