A refreshing fruit salad made with a variety of fresh fruits, lightly sweetened with honey or sugar and a touch of lemon juice.

  • 2 oranges, peeled, seeded, and cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 2 large apples, cored and cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 1 large pear, cored and cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 1 large banana, peeled and sliced
  • Apricots, pitted and cut into bite-sized chunks
  • Kiwis, peeled and sliced or chopped
  • Strawberries, hulled and halved or quartered
  • Raspberries, blueberries, or blackberries
  • Sweet cherries, pitted
  • Melon or watermelon balls or cubes
  • Peaches or nectarines, pitted and cut into bite-sized chunks
  • Plums, pitted and cut into bite-sized chunks
  • Seedless green or red grapes
  • ¼ to ⅓ cup honey or sugar, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, or to taste

    Combine: 2 oranges, peeled, seeded, and cut into bite-sized chunks; 2 large apples, cored and cut into bite-sized chunks; 1 large pear, cored and cut into bite-sized chunks; 1 large banana, peeled and sliced
