Gather these ingredients - no prep needed yet.

  • 1 fresh ginger root
  • 1/4 oz Coconut Sugar Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz Gosling's Black Seal rum
  • 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 4 oz club soda or Pellegrino sparkling mineral water
  • Lime wedge
  • Fresh mint sprig
  • 4 cup dry red wine
  • 1/2 cup Ancho Reyes verde, chile poblano liqueur
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup cubed papaya (1-inch pieces)
  • 1 cup cubed cantaloupe (1-inch pieces)
  • 3 sprig fresh mint
  • ice

Prepare

  • 1 orange, quartered and sliced thin

Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

    In a tall Collins glass or pint glass, muddle the fresh ginger slice with the Coconut Sugar Simple Syrup until the ginger is bruised and fragrant.

  2. Step 2.

    Add the Gosling’s Black Seal rum and freshly squeezed lime juice to the glass, then fill the glass with ice.

  3. Step 3.

    Top off with club soda or Pellegrino sparkling mineral water, and garnish with a lime wedge and fresh mint sprig.
